I've Made Every Mistake Imaginable When Buying A Yacht, So You Don’t Have To
Our Philosophy
You wouldn’t buy a home without your realtor, go to court without your lawyer, or head to surgery without your doctor. Buying a yacht without getting an unbiased pair of professional eyes involved would be as crazy as representing yourself in trial.
As a yacht broker representing those buying yachts, I assure that they buy the right yacht at the lowest prices while avoiding uneccessary (and costly) mistakes.
No rational man would ever buy a yacht, yet no rational man is ever in a position to buy a yacht.
No rational man would ever buy a yacht, yet no rational man is ever in a position to buy a yacht.
Bucking the Traditional Yacht Sales Model
Yacht brokers typically represent buyers, sellers and certain manufacturers which means they push listings or inventory on buyers that’s most familiar or most convenient for their commissions as opposed to what’s truly right for a buyer.
When representing a buyer, there’s no bias towards listings or dealer affiliations, so only the best yachts available on the market are pursued and backed by analytical insights to assure the lowest acquisition price.
Protect yourself.
save money.
eliminate errors.
The only reason why a yacht purchaser buys without the representation of a broker is because they’re unaware of how the purchasing process mirrors real estate and can be done free of charge.
Without the representation of a yacht purchasing advisor or broker in your corner, a buyer relinquishes their leverage and runs a greatly increased risk of being misinformed, mislead or misguided throughout each phase of the purchasing process.
Knowing what to ask, what to look out for and ensuring you don’t get wrapped up with the wrong broker or wrong boat, can change the entire trajectory of yacht ownership.
Much like the realtor who advised you in the purchase of your home, they were compensated by a split of the commission paid by the seller, ultimately costing buyers nothing.
A seller typically pays 10%, and myself and my team will be due 5% of the purchase price.
