LARGEST OFF MARKET YACHT DATABASE IN THE WORLD (BETA)

Listen, it’s hard enough to sell a yacht that’s listed for sale as any seller or broker will tell you but if there’s anything I’ve learned as a business owner in the industry and someone who has seen how hot the market has been the last two years, the best deals are happening off market now.

Think about it; for a broker to list a seller’s boat to find a buyer, they have office space, software, lawsuits, employees and so much overhead to take on. Sellers with egos or those that are told by their brokers they can buy a yacht to turn around and sell it for profit, make it harder for buyers.

So my idea here, to encourage some quiet efficiency.
