Exclusive: 2014 Lagoon 450 For Sale

While I always prefer to be on the buy side of transactions in this industry, opportunities to sell quality vessels arise and in this current scenario, I am happy to bring to the market Ouh La La, a 2014 Lagoon 450 catamaran.

It’s really important that when I buy vessels with my clients, I can’t fall too far in love with any yacht to remain unbiased, efficient and effective. However, the owner of this Lagoon, a female captain has sailed the Caribbean for the better part of 5 years; St Barth’s, the Bahamas and everywhere in between.

As an owner’s version opposed to the charter version, there are 3 staterooms and 3 heads with the option for 2 crew quarters in the forward pontoons. The vessel has not been chartered

The master stateroom to starboard boasts a ton of space, a large head, giant hanging locker, a desk next to a seating area and Tempurpedic mattresses. The port side staterooms are en-suite as well with their own Tempurpedic mattresses and heads.

The galley and saloon are open with 360 degree views, ample storage for cutlery, a small tv for entertainment and a L shaped settee for relaxation and gathering.

The aft cockpit has a large gathering area which is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the mornings, with Cool blue floor lights that make for an exciting dinner vibe at night.

The fore deck as a sunken seating area with storage, two large trampolines, and the anchor.

The flybridge allows for 360 degree views, seamless access to rigging, upgraded Ray Marine electronics.

As for her propulsion, she has upgraded Yanmar engines with only 190 hours and a Cummins Onan generator which was just serviced.

Truth be told, some owners are not serious about selling their vessels which can be frustrating to a broker. I can say without any doubt however that this owner has had several poor experiences with unethical sales professionals which has in turn lead to us meeting upon a colleague’s recommendation.
