Yacht Zero is a yacht purchasing strategy implemented by the Yacht Hunter to better service the financial interests of yacht purchasers.

How?

Well, the traditional model of yacht purchasing unfortunately focuses on and favors the seller of yachts, for the following reasons.

1) Sellable Inventory - Like a realtor, yacht brokers sign listings in which they are awarded the opportunity to sell a particular yacht on behalf of an owner. The agreement lasts for a finite amount of time but the broker is guarenteed to make a sizable commission upon the sale of the yacht so it's only natural that they want you to buy that particular yacht at the highest price to benefit the convenience of the seller and their own commission. Often times, a broker that represents both the buyer and the seller will omit information to the buyer to obtain a steeper sale price. 

Yacht Zero is an inventoryless strategy, comparable to 'the cloud' in which any available inventory on the market (and off market) is made available to a buyer so only the best yachts at the best prices are purchased. 

2) Dealer Affiliations - Instead of opening regional sales offices that require staffing, some brokerages take on dealer affiliations for if you are interested in that particular make, you have to buy it and have it serviced through that brokerage. While these brokerages often times become the most well informed and well versed in these yachts, they're incentivized to push this particular yacht on you opposed to presenting you a potentially better alternative as it's what they know and what they stand to make a higher profit on.

Yacht Zero maintains zero dealer affiliations so that the best possible options are presented to Yacht Hunter clients without any bias. 

3) Zero Doubt - Without having conflicting obligations to 'sell', Yacht Zero allows buyers to know that a business model based off of purchases alone, will yield them the result of buying their yacht at the best possible price point.
